The Emotion Code has been life saving and life changing for me. I truly believe that the emotion code is the key to unlocking complete healing for me. But I also feel that I have been through so much and have spent too many years stuffing down my feelings that it will take me a long time to get to a place where I feel that I am finally over this. I have been working on my emotions everyday now for almost a year and I am just getting to a place where I can finally see me under a mountain of emotions that buried me. The rescue is underway, I have been found, but it’s still going to take a little while to get me out. I don’t say this to scare you, but to encourage you, and set realistic expectations. But before you get started there are a couple of things you should know…
The Emotion Code works and it works quickly, sometimes, it works immediately, sometimes it works a little slower. What is important to know is that it works as fast as your body will let it. So you might have to be patient. Like EMDR, the Emotion Code helps the body to process and release tough emotions. In my very first session with an Emotion Code practitioner I released a ton of emotions that day and walked out of her house feeling better and happier than I had in years. It was so amazing that I came back later that afternoon for a second session. I felt like I had found the path to my peace and I wanted to know more, and quickly.
The Emotion Code works by accessing your sub-conscience mind through muscle testing. Being able to muscle test is the key to being effective with the Emotion Code. From what I have discovered is that it can be easy or hard to learn to muscle test, but that everyone is able to do it with practice. So don’t give up if you cannot master muscle testing right away. It just so happened that I took to muscle testing like it was second nature. I don’t have a problem with it. My body responds to it quite naturaly, but I am more of the exception, not the rule. Again, I am more than happy to do a session with you to help you learn this for yourself. I have put down $25 at the fee I charge for sessions, but I will help you for whatever you are able to pay. I know that women in this situation do not have much money, and I want to help those who what to be helped no matter their circumstances. So don’t let the $25 scare you if you can’t pay it. What is Muscle Testing?
Muscle testing (also known as applied kinesiology) is a practice that is used to tap into the subconscious mind in order to answer questions about physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
It’s a noninvasive method that can be used to determine the underlying causes of ailments and afflictions an individual might be suffering from, identifying everything from nutritional needs to Trapped Emotions.
Our bodies live and function on principles of biomagnetic energy. While our conscious mind is mostly oblivious to these energies, our subconscious minds are intimately connected to and affected by them. They are responsive to positive energy and congruency, and they are resistant to negative energy and incongruency. It is this tendency to seek out or reinforce positive energy, and to avoid or refuse negative energy that allows us to perform muscle testing.
We tap into this relationship between the subconscious mind and energy by asking “true/false” questions, and then checking the body’s response. Checking the response can be done a number of ways, but is often done with methods like the Arm Test, where the subject simply holds one arm outstretched in front of them, parallel to the floor.
The tester then places two fingers on the subject’s wrist, and asks a question, placing a small amount of pressure on the wrist. If the subject’s arm resists, that is a “strong response,” and it equates to a “yes” answer. If the arm gives way under the pressure, that’s a “weak response,” and equals a “no” answer. This strong response/weak response is the basis of muscle testing, and is what allows us to get answers to help the recipient.
